As President of New West Technologies, Inc., founded in 1992, Dan King focuses on the best that technology has to offer to retail management software, payment integrations, e-commerce, gift card and loyalty, development, and networks. With an educational background in Computer Science focusing on AI, Dan has funneled his passion for technology in all forms into a variety of applications for the retail SMB space.

In 2004, New West launched one of the first Mobile POS solutions including real-time card processing and digital signature capture. Over the next few years, this experience lead to developing various payment integrations, including the first end-to-end encrypted, tokenized solution for the Microsoft SMB retail client base.

Dan now envisions the next generation of retail software and payment solutions and is working diligently to bring his ideas to fruition. With extensive experience in fixed and mobile networks, Dan has compiled a team with many years of high-tech knowledge and continues to guide New West and his clients to the forefront of today’s technological world.
